Usage
=====

The aim of the BeAMF tool is to produces an AMF for a slant columns produced by qdoas. Also the corresponding VCD is calculated. 


Installation
------------

To use BeAMF, first install it using pip, for example in a virt. env. called .venv:

   (.venv) $ git clone https://github.com/UVVIS-BIRA-IASB/BeAMF
   (.venv) $ cd BeAMF
   (.venv) $ pip install .
